Arabic Food Chef (Kuwait)
Required Qualifications:
• Diploma or Degree in Culinary Arts from a recognized hospitality or culinary institute.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in commercial kitchens, with at least 3 years focused on Arabic/Levantine/Gulf cuisine.
• Mastery of traditional Arabic cooking techniques, including:
• Slow-cooked dishes (e.g., Machboos, Harees, Jereesh, Mandi, Madghout)
• Grilling (e.g., Kabab, Shish Taouk, Mishkak)
• Rice preparation (e.g., Kabsa, Biryani, Zerbi)
• Use of authentic spices (e.g., baharat, saffron, cardamom, sumac, dried lime)
• Preparation of mezze, dips (hummus, mutabal), stuffed vegetables, and breads (markook, taboon, khubz)
