Key Responsibilities:

Manage recruitment, onboarding, and orientation of new employees.

Maintain employee records and HR systems in line with Kuwait labor regulations.

Handle payroll, leave management, and benefits in compliance with Kuwaiti laws.

Support visa processing, residency (Iqama), renewals, and government-related HR tasks.

Draft and implement HR policies aligned with Kuwait labor law.

Manage performance reviews, employee relations, and grievance handling.

Coordinate staff training, development, and engagement programs.

Oversee exit formalities, end-of-service benefits, and clearance procedures.

Prepare HR reports and advise management on workforce planning.
