Preferred Qualifications/Skills

• At least 2 years proven work experience as a Secretary.

• Proficiency in Outlook and MS Office.

• Should have Bachelor Degree in any stream.

• Familiarity with office organization and optimization techniques.

• High degree of multi-tasking and time management capability

• Confidentiality, Integrity and professionalism.

• Must have the ability to deal with students and members of public.

• Good command of the English language, both written and spoken.

• Sound organizational and interpersonal skills.

• Should have Article 18 transferable visa.
