Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for expanding our client base by building relationships with companies, schools, universities, and other organizations throughout Kuwait.


We Offer:
150KWD as the starting pay (no negogiation on the pay, it will increase after 2 months based on your performance).
Visa Sponsorship is offered.
We prefer South-East Asian candidates


Key Responsibilities

Identify and prospect new clients including corporations, educational institutions, schools, and universities
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business
Conduct client meetings and presentations to showcase our printing services and capabilities
Develop strategic partnerships with key decision-makers in target organizations


Sales Activities

Generate sales leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals
Prepare and present customized proposals and quotations to potential clients
Negotiate contracts and pricing to close deals while maintaining profitability
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Follow up on inquiries and maintain accurate records of all sales activities


Client Service

Understand client requirements and recommend appropriate printing solutions
Coordinate with production team to ensure timely delivery of orders
Handle client complaints and resolve issues promptly
Provide after-sales support to maintain client satisfaction


Required Qualifications Essential Requirements

Language Skills: Fluent in English (speaking, reading, and writing)
Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in printing or related industry
Local Knowledge: Strong understanding of Kuwait market and business culture
Communication: Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills


Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience selling to educational institutions (schools, universities)
Knowledge of printing processes and products
Existing network of contacts in Kuwait business community
Arabic language skills (advantage but not mandatory)
