We're looking for a Site Supervisor to join our team, a busy and growing wood factory.

Key Responsibilities:
• Overseeing daily operations on-site, ensuring safety and quality standards are met.
• Coordinating tasks and guiding workers to meet production goals.
• Monitoring workflow, materials, and timelines.
• Solving on-the-spot issues and keeping things moving efficiently.
• Reporting progress and any concerns to management.
• Occasionally driving to sites or project locations (if licensed).
• Support continuous improvement initiatives across the production floor.

What We’re Looking For:
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or woodworking environment (preferred).
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Organized, reliable, and good at problem-solving.
• Comfortable working in a factory/production environment.
• Valid driver’s license is a plus (required for Daily site visits).
