Description

The Factory Coordinator supports day-to-day production operations in an elevator manufacturing plant by coordinating schedules, materials, manpower and cross-functional communication to ensure safe, on-time, high-quality output. The role acts as a central point between production, engineering, procurement, quality, logistics and site installation teams to remove bottlenecks and drive continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications

* Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Technology or related field.
* 2–5 years’ experience in manufacturing coordination/planning; experience in elevator/escalator or heavy-machinery manufacturing is strongly preferred.
* Experience with lean manufacturing tools (5S, Kaizen, SMED) and basic quality systems (ISO).
