Description

To drive sales, distribution, and collection by managing vansales, ensuring product availability, and strengthening customer relationships while maintaining company policies and assets with integrity.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage van stock efficiently and generate accurate billing.
Collect payments within agreed terms and follow the company’s credit policy.
Achieve monthly sales, distribution, and coverage targets.
Ensure proper product display and merchandising at retail outlets.
Execute trade promotions and close bulk deals to boost sales.
Follow the assigned route plan and maintain frequent shop visits.
Provide regular product and market feedback to the management team.
Forecast inventory needs to ensure continuous product availability.
Develop new markets and expand the existing customer base.
Safeguard company cash, stock, and assets with the highest level of safety and integrity.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Minimum high school diploma (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
Proven experience in Kuwait in van sales/distribution, preferably in FMCG or mobile accessories.
Strong sales, negotiation, and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Basic knowledge of billing systems and inventory handling. Valid driving license of Kuwait. Transferrable Article 18 Visa.
