We are seeking a dynamic Operations Manager to lead our delivery company based in Eqaila (Kuwait).
Responsibilities:
Secure new delivery contracts and partnerships.
Manage and oversee all car delivery drivers and bike riders.
Ensure timely, smooth, and efficient daily operations.
Monitor performance, resolve operational issues, and maintain client satisfaction.
Implement strategies to grow and improve business operations.
Requirements:
Preferred: Indian nationality (currently residing in Kuwait).
Proven experience in operations/logistics management.
Strong network with ability to bring contracts.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to handle and manage teams effectively.
Target-driven and results-oriented.
