Description

Title: Land Surveyor

Salary Range: 600-650KD

Medical Insurance: 50 percent – As per Company Policy



Role & Responsibility:

· Conduct land surveys and measurements using surveying equipment (GPS, Total Station, Theodolites, Levels, etc.).

· Establish and mark reference points, elevations, boundaries, and construction layout lines on-site.

· Prepare and maintain accurate survey reports, maps, drawings, and legal descriptions of surveyed areas.

· Verify the accuracy of survey data, including measurements and calculations conducted at construction sites.

· Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to provide required surveying data.

· Ensure that construction work is carried out according to approved drawings, levels, and boundaries.

· Monitor and check ongoing site work to avoid deviations from plans and specifications.

· Identify potential land or boundary disputes and provide technical evidence when required.

· Ensure compliance with local regulations, codes, and safety procedures while conducting surveys.

· Perform topographic, boundary, and as-built surveys for construction progress and project completion.

· Manage survey instruments, maintain calibration, and ensure their proper usage and safety.

· Provide data for earthwork volumes, excavation, leveling, and grading works.

· Assist in preparing reports for project planning, land acquisition, and construction progress.

· Train and guide junior surveyors or assistants in using instruments and carrying out survey tasks.

· Coordinate with government authorities for approvals, permits, and land records if required.
