We are seeking skilled Financial Analysts to join our growing real estate company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing financial data, preparing reports, evaluating investment opportunities, and supporting management in making strategic business decisions.

✨ Key Responsibilities:
📊 Conduct financial modeling, forecasting & variance analysis
🏗️ Evaluate real estate project investments & ROI
📑 Prepare accurate financial reports, budgets, and cash flow statements
📈 Provide insights & recommendations to improve business performance
📝 Ensure compliance with financial regulations & company policies

👨‍💼 Requirements:
✅ Males only
✅ Arabs only
✅ Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
✅ 3–5 years of proven experience as a Financial Analyst (real estate experience preferred)
✅ Strong analytical & problem-solving skills
✅ Proficiency in MS Excel, financial software, and reporting tools
✅ Excellent communication skills – Fluent in English & Arabic (written & spoken)
✅ Visa 18 (Ahli) – mandatory
