We are looking for a candidate with the below experience. A valid driving license will be an added advantage. The role requires a basic understanding of printers, software tools installation, and data management. The job also involves assessment and analysis.

Required Skills & Experience:

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Experience with PrintFleet, HP Web Jetadmin, and similar tools

Skilled in basic IT troubleshooting and printer support

Understanding of networking (IP setup, LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi)

Hands-on with printer/copier maintenance and operations

Detail-oriented, proactive, and quick to learn

Reliable, organized, and team-focused

Professional in both client and internal communication
