Storekeeper (Male)

Location: Aswaq Qurain

About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented Storekeeper with experience in a catering, restaurant, or food manufacturing environment. The Storekeeper will manage incoming/outgoing stocks, maintain accurate records, and ensure proper storage of food and non-food items in line with food safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

Receive, check, and record deliveries against LPOs, invoices, and delivery notes.

Conduct accurate GRN (Goods Receipt Note) entries and maintain stock cards.

Organize and label items; ensure FIFO/FEFO practices for all perishables.

Perform daily/weekly cycle counts and support monthly inventory.

Coordinate requisitions/issuance to kitchen, production, and outlets with proper documentation.

Monitor storage conditions (temperature, cleanliness, pest-free) per HACCP/ISO 22000.

Track minimum/maximum stock levels; flag slow-moving/near-expiry items.

Prepare basic reports (stock movement, variances, wastage) and support audits.

Qualifications

Male candidate with proven Storekeeper experience in catering/restaurant/food manufacturing.

Computer literate (Excel/Sheets, email, basic ERP or inventory software).

Knowledge of food safety, FIFO/FEFO, and inventory control best practices.

Strong numeracy, accuracy, and documentation skills.

Physically fit; able to lift/move inventory safely.

Good communication skills; English required (Arabic is an advantage).

Able to work shifts/weekends as needed.
