Description

Required QA/QC Manager for Oil and Gas Services co in Ahmadi
1. Shall be having B.tech / BE / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
2. Shall be having Welding Inspector qualification CSWIP 3.1 or
3. NDE Level II in PT, MT, UT, RT & VT
4. Must be having hands on Knowledge in at least two of the below mentioned API Specification API 5CT, 7-1, 6A, 16A, 16C & 16D. API 6A & 16A preferred.
5. Must have Knowledge in ASME Codes Sec IX, Sec V, Sec VIII Div 1
6. Must be having general awareness of Material grades and requirements commonly used in Oil & Gas industry.
7. Awareness in API Q1, API Q2 & ISO 9001-2015 Quality Management Systems. (Practitioner or Internal auditor certification preferred.
8. Development & Implementation of Quality Plans for the Product ang services.
9. Development of Inspection & Testing procedures.
10. Lead the QA/QC team. Ensure the competence & effectiveness of QA/QC Team.
11. Oversee Receiving, In-process & Final inspection.
12. Liaise with Internal & External auditors to the successful completion of the audits.
13. Maintaining all the MMT in good condition with valid calibration. Oversee all the calibration activities.
14. Responsible for Quality related customer complaints, Nonconformance. Root Cause analysis, Recommend and implement corrective & preventive actions.
15. Responsible for the qualification of WPS, PQR, welder qualification & continuity.
16. Liaise with NDT Contractors, Inspection Agencies & Service providers to execute & Complete the activities.
