Description

We are seeking a qualified Project Engineer with experience in the Oil & Gas Sector, strong technical expertise and effective project management skills to successfully lead & deliver projects.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide technical and engineering support throughout project phases.
• Assist in bid preparation, tender submissions and coordination with clients and principals.
• Prepare RFQs, evaluate technical and commercial vendor offers.
• Oversee all aspects of project execution including engineering, procurement, contracting, and site coordination etc. to ensure efficient, cost-effective and timely delivery across all project phases.
• Coordinate with vendors, subcontractors and third parties to ensure timely project delivery.
• Develop competitive technical proposals aligned with client requirements.
• Conduct market research to support strategic planning.
• Manage documentation including plans, reports and correspondence.
• Ensure compliance with upstream O&G standards and procedures.
Skills & Competencies:
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in English and Microsoft Office
• Fluency in Arabic is an advantage.
• Ability to interpret and develop BFDs, PFDs, P&IDs etc.
• Solid understanding of project management, cost estimation, tendering and bidding.
• Skilled in proposal writing, contract evaluation, compliance and negotiation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Chemical or Process Engineering.
• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in the Oil & Gas sector.
• Valid Kuwait driving license preferred.
