Description

We are looking for a skilled Embroidery Machine Operator to join our production team. The candidate should have experience in operating computerized embroidery machines and be able to handle custom designs on different types of fabrics and garments.

Responsibilities:

Operate and maintain computerized embroidery machines

Load designs and set up threads, needles, and fabrics correctly

Ensure accurate embroidery according to design specifications

Monitor the machine during operation to detect any issues

Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of the machine

Inspect finished products for quality and precision

Work with the design team to understand and execute embroidery files

Manage multiple embroidery orders efficiently and meet deadlines

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience in embroidery machine operation

Knowledge of embroidery file formats (DST, PES, etc.)

Ability to work with different fabrics and materials

Attention to detail and good hand–eye coordination

Basic computer knowledge for design loading and editing

Team-oriented and able to follow instructions accurately

Preferred Skills:

Experience with multi-head embroidery machines

Knowledge of design software such as Wilcom (preferred)

Familiar with production workflow and color matching
