Description

We are looking for a skilled CNC Designer and Operator with hands-on experience in programming, designing, and operating CNC machines. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of Mastercam, Artcam, Surfmill, AutoCAD, and Fusion 360, and be capable of handling precision manufacturing projects.

Responsibilities:

Design and prepare CNC programs using Mastercam, Artcam, Surfmill, AutoCAD, and Fusion 360

Operate CNC machines efficiently and accurately

Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and design specifications

Set up tools, fixtures, and materials for machining operations

Monitor machining processes to ensure high-quality output

Perform regular maintenance and calibration of CNC machines

Collaborate with the design and production teams for smooth workflow

Troubleshoot and resolve machining or programming issues

Maintain records of production and program files

Requirements:

Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a CNC designer and operator

Strong knowledge of Mastercam, Artcam, Surfmill, AutoCAD, and Fusion 360

Understanding of 2D and 3D design and modeling

Experience operating 3-axis, 4-axis, or 5-axis CNC machines

Ability to work with various materials such as wood, acrylic, and metal

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Skills:

Knowledge of G-code and M-code programming

Experience with toolpath optimization and precision finishing

Familiarity with different CNC machine types and tooling setups
