Qualification & Experience:

• Diploma in Engineering

• 2 years Industrial Training Certificate

• 10 years related experience

• Must have 18# Transferable visa

Salary & Benefits:

Duties & Responsibilities:

1: Follows up the implementation of operational and corporate strategic plans, highlights the achievements and shortfalls.
2: Drafts performance monitoring and management reports. b) Supports the planning, guidance, monitoring and coordination of the multiple activities involved in the successful implementation of planned programs.
3: Supports the development of conceptual plans, action plans, BSC, KPI, SMAIP, MAIP OPEX budget for follow-up and update. Monitors, measures and reports the progress.
4: Suggests remedial measures and additional equipment, material, services, contracts, manpower and other required suggestions in liaison with user departments.
5: Suggests accurate procedures and resources relating planning, procurements, manpower and studies new requirements.
6: Prepare technical reports, procedures and work manuals and prepare reports for implementing periodical plans and successful accomplishments.
7: Implement the PC programs such as, Data-Sheets, Project Management Tools, Database related with works.
8: Follows-up and supervises ISO 9001 (QMS) and prepare necessary modifications and reports as requested by management.
9 Any other related works such as supervising the agreement, collecting data, review different types of research and reports.
