Qualifications:
• Minimum 5–7 years of hands-on bakery experience, including artisan breads, viennoiseries, and laminated doughs
• Proven leadership experience in managing bakery teams and training junior staff
• Strong knowledge of baking science, fermentation techniques, and temperature control
• Creativity in recipe development and seasonal menu planning
• Familiarity with food safety standards and HACCP protocols
• Ability to manage inventory and reduce wastage through smart planning
• Basic computer skills for recipe costing, production planning, and reporting


- Must be currently residing in Kuwait with a transferable visa (Article 18 preferred)
