Urgent Requirement for the following position at a leading Oil and Gas company in Kuwait

Position: IT Technician
Requirements:
• Minimum of 4+ years of field experience in the relevant discipline
• Perform primary tasks of troubleshooting company’s computer systems and peripherals.
• Service network workstations, equipment, and peripherals.
• Investigate and troubleshoot user problems, determine possible solutions, test, and implement solutions.
• Perform software and application installation and upgrades.
• Provide technical support to company personnel in the head office, branches, and work sites.
• Keep records of hardware and software movement and acquisitions.
• Perform a variety of installations and record keeping tasks.
• Perform any other duty requested by the Manager.
