Description

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Maintenance Supervisor (MEP) to join our Facilities team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of mechanical, HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems across our facility. You will lead a team of technicians, ensuring systems are operating efficiently and preventive maintenance schedules are followed — keeping everything running smoothly and safely.
Key Responsibilities
• Supervise day-to-day maintenance operations related to HVAC, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems.
• Plan and implement preventive and corrective maintenance schedules.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with minimal downtime.
• Lead and coordinate a team of skilled MEP technicians.
• Monitor work orders, ensure timely completion, and maintain accurate records.
• Ensure all work complies with safety regulations, codes, and company standards.
• Coordinate with external contractors and service providers when required.
• Perform regular inspections and audits of equipment and systems.
Qualifications
• Degree or Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
• 5+ years of MEP maintenance experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical distribution, mechanical equipment, and plumbing networks.
• Ability to read technical drawings and use maintenance software (CMMS experience preferred).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards.
• Prefer HVAC, electrical, or plumbing certifications, PMP or project coordination experience is a plus.
• Experience in facility management, real estate or industrial environments.
• Proficiency in English (Arabic is an advantage).
