We are a leading travel agency in Kuwait offering comprehensive travel solutions to our clients. We are looking for an energetic Junior Ticketing Executive to join our team and handle ticketing operations with expertise and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

Issue, reissue, and refund airline tickets accurately using Galileo (advanced knowledge required).

Manage reservations, PNRs, and fare calculations efficiently.

Handle customer queries related to flights, fares, and schedules.

Coordinate with airlines and clients for ticketing and travel-related services.

Maintain records of issued tickets and ensure timely reporting.

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of ticketing experience with strong command of Galileo.

Proven ability to handle ticketing processes independently.

Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Ability to join immediately.

Having an existing client base or portfolio of customers will be considered a strong plus.
