Job Description:
We are looking for Receptionists cum Hostess who is presentable, well-groomed, and possesses excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for guests and should be able to create a welcoming and professional atmosphere.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner
- Attend and handle incoming calls efficiently
- Manage reservations and guest inquiries using the 7Rooms application
- Maintain the reception and waiting area in a neat and presentable condition
- Coordinate with internal departments for smooth operations
- Assist with general administrative and front desk tasks

Requirements:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Pleasant and professional appearance
- Fluent in English (Arabic is an added advantage)
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred
- Must be ready to join immediately
