Duties and responsibilities

Thorough knowledge of company profile, product, policies and procedures.
Assist in developing strategy and tactics that ensure the attainment of company sales goals and profitability.
Conduct in-depth analysis about forecasting, competitor capabilities and clients profile.
Identify and bid all appropriate projects. Participate in the development of bid strategy for each project.
Establish short and long term goals and strategies in regards to key clients. Develop specific action plans to achieve goals.
Make specific recommendations regarding advertising, promotions, and public relations as they affect sales and stakeholder management.
Will be responsible for meeting specific sales volumes and profit margin goals.
Partner with other departments (Quality Control, Production Operations, finance,… etc.) to ensure every account receives appropriate level of cliental care.
Actively participate in industry-related associations as required in order to develop and maintain key networking and business relationships.
Identify opportunities with prospective Business Venue.
Demonstrate the ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with Client.
Strong written and oral communication skills across all levels of the organization and Reporting and Presentation.
Create and deliver effective Business analysis and technical presentations to industry stakeholders.
Develop and maintain a strong customer base and Resolve customer issues to maintain high levels of satisfaction.
Demonstrate how our products meet client needs.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or any equivalent combination of experience and training that demonstrates the ability to perform the key responsibilities of this position.
Minimum 7 years’ Experience.
Be a pro-active, self-motivated, able to take initiative, action oriented and drives for results.
Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
Membership of Kuwait Society of Engineers.
Bilingual is a Must.
