We are looking for a Receptionist and Call Center Representative to join our Cosmetic Clinic in Hawally.

Responsibilities:
• Greet and welcome patients and visitors to the clinic
• Book and confirm patient appointments as per clinic guidelines
• Answer patient inquiries and provide necessary assistance
• Communicate effectively with staff members and assist doctors when required
• Handle incoming phone calls professionally
• Make marketing and follow-up calls as directed
• Perform basic computer tasks and maintain organized records

Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree qualification
• Basic computer knowledge
• Arabic speaking preferred
