• Authentic Indian cuisine (North & Mughlai styles preferred)
• Indo-Chinese fusion (think chili chicken, Hakka noodles, Manchurian magic)
• Fast food favourites (burgers, wraps, loaded fries, and more)
Ideal Candidate:
• Minimum 3 years of professional kitchen experience
• Strong understanding of hygiene, portion control, and delivery-friendly plating
• Creative, reliable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, delivery-first setup
• Team player with a passion for experimenting and refining menus
