Identify and target new sales opportunities in the construction/building sector.

Understand technical specifications and customer requirements to recommend suitable products or systems.

Prepare and deliver technical presentations to clients (contractors, consultants, architects, developers).

Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts while ensuring profitability.

Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, logistics, finance) for smooth order execution.

Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and new product developments.

Provide post-sales support and build long-term relationships with key accounts.

Visit project sites when needed to provide on-ground technical support or guidance.
