1. Store Incharge
Job Summary:
Responsible to administer the operations of the company store, making inventory reports and maintaining the inventory.

Duties and Responsibilities:
· Take ownership of receiving, storing and organizing inventory efficiently in the store area.
· Maintain accurate records of stock levels and provide insights to support inventory management.
· Ensure the store area is always clean, organised and professionally maintained.
· Monitor stock levels proactively and initiate timely actions to maintain inventory.
· Collaborate cross-functionally with production, service, and procurement teams to ensure smooth operations and material flow.
· Adhere to company policies, with a strong focus on safety, security, and compliance.
· Demonstrate initiative in maintaining minimum stock levels and anticipate future material requirements.
· Analyse inventory trends and submit a monthly procurement plan to the Procurement Department, based on data driven insights.
· Oversee the accurate receipt of goods and ensure conformity with Purchase Orders.
· Coordinate with QA to ensure only inspected and approved materials are moved to stock.
· Exercise control and leadership in issuing and receiving materials to/from production and service departments.
· Participate in monthly reviews for scrap materials and contribute to decision-making with the Procurement In charge.
· Ensure timely issuance of materials based on the production plan and material requests.
· Accept returned materials only with proper documentation, and lead coordination with QA to classify returns as: a) Good b) Reusable after rework c) Rejection/Scrap
· Take initiative in preparing monthly non-moving item reports and propose actions for disposal, with required approvals.
· Show responsiveness and ownership in coordinating with the Service Team for timely replacement of items under warranty.
· Continuously seek process improvement opportunities and recommend ways to enhance store efficiency and inventory control and having compliance with ISO standards.
· Lead by example in maintaining discipline, accountability, and teamwork within the store operations.

Qualifications:
· Diploma. / Science degree preferably Mechanical
· Age below 35
· 5 years’ experience minimum.

2. Duct Fitter
Key Responsibilities:
• Install and assemble duct systems (rectangular, circular, spiral, and pre-insulated).
• Measure and mark dimensions and reference lines on duct materials.
• Cut, drill, and shape duct sections using hand and power tools.
• Read and interpret HVAC drawings and blueprints.
• Carry out duct installation according to SMACNA standards or project specifications.
• Install duct supports, hangers, volume dampers, and access doors.
• Seal joints with approved sealants or insulation materials.
• Coordinate with other MEP trades (electricians, plumbers, etc.) at site.
• Follow health and safety procedures on site at all times.
• Perform pre-installation checks and post-installation inspections.
• Assist in loading/unloading, material shifting, and work area housekeeping.
Requirements:
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in duct fitting in the GCC region.
• Familiarity with GI ducts, PI ducts, and duct insulation practices.
• Ability to read ducting layout/shop drawings.
• Experience with installation in high-rise buildings, villas, malls, or industrial projects.
• Ability to use measuring tools, duct lifters, and duct seaming equipment.
• Physically fit to perform manual labor, lifting, and working at heights.
• Basic knowledge of HVAC systems and air distribution.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Technical Diploma/ITI in Mechanical or HVAC is a plus.
• Safety training certificates (like H2S, Confined Space, or OSHA) are advantageous.
• Knowledge of SMACNA standards is desirable.
Working Conditions:
• Site-based role with extended working hours.
• May require night shifts or overtime depending on project needs.
• Work in confined spaces, rooftops, or at heights as required.
