Degree: Diploma / BEng

Experience: Three years (although a fresh graduate with the ability to learn quickly is welcome)

Gender: Male

Responsibilities:

Fault finding, problem identification, performance of cost-effective solutions

Preventative / scheduled maintenance and breakdown maintenance

Repair, maintenance, calibration, modification, and upgrade of weather stations

Executing tasks according to schedule and safety procedures with complete adherence to HSE requirements

Ensuring work is performed in a timely manner and it meets required standards and quality systems

Demonstrating safety leadership and participation in safety initiatives

Interacting with supervisors, and contractors as needed.

Tool checks, toolbox talks, and entry permits management

Provision of assistance for research projects

Maintaining tools and equipment in custody to high standards

Configuration of new sensors/parts and integrating them to existing network of weather stations

Program writing/modification to suit modifications to the weather stations network

Providing maintenance advice/training and assistance to staff as requested by supervisors

Updating technical content of preventive maintenance procedures

A Kuwait driving license is desirable, but not essential
