Job Summary:
We are looking for a friendly and motivated Waitress cum operation handle to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service, take orders, and ensure a pleasant dining experience for our guests. You will be maintaining table cleanliness, and addressing customer needs promptly.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Explain dishes and make recommendations based on guest preferences.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
• Serve dishes and drinks in accordance with Japanese dining etiquette and restaurant standards.
• Ensure tables are properly set, clean, and maintained throughout service.
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally.
• Follow hygiene, safety, and service quality standards.
• Support the team in opening and closing duties as required.
Business Handle:
• Handle with online booking plat form such as Seven Rooms.
• WhatsApp Business & Customer Response.
• Ability to take good photos/videos at restaurant.
• knowledge and ability to use computers and tap.
• Well Spoken, Smart, Efficient.
Qualifications:
• Previous experience as a waiter/waitress role is preferred. Minimum 2 – 3 Years.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of Japanese cuisine and dining style is an advantage.
• Ability to work in a fast- paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends, and holidays
• Must be currently in Kuwait with valid residency (Article 18) and transferable visa.
