3. Skills & Qualifications
• Certified 6G Welder (ASME Section IX or equivalent).
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in pressure vessel or heat exchanger fabrication.
• Skilled in TIG + Arc welding (GTAW + SMAW) for both root and fill passes.
• Strong knowledge of WPS/PQR procedures and filler material selection.
• Ability to weld in all positions and maintain weld quality under inspection.
• Familiar with NDT processes and acceptance criteria.
• Good communication, teamwork, and safety awareness.
4. Education & Certifications
• Technical Diploma or ITI Certificate in Welding / Fabrication.
• Valid ASME or AWS 6G Welder Qualification Certificate preferred.
