Ensures proper document control procedures are followed, including document numbering, filing, and version control. Supports digital documentation systems, assists with IT-related tasks such as data backup, system troubleshooting, and maintaining document management software. Coordinates with various departments to ensure timely document flow and compliance with company standards.
The ideal candidate must hold a Bachelor’s degree in IT or Computer Science, with relevant work experience in the same field. Candidates should be capable of multitasking and possess strong communication skills. A transferable visa and immediate availability to join are required.
