About the Role:

We are looking for a passionate and skilled Barista to join our team immediately. The ideal candidate will have a love for coffee, a positive attitude, and a commitment to providing excellent customer service. You’ll be responsible for preparing high-quality beverages, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring a great café experience for every customer.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve coffee, espresso-based drinks, and other beverages to company standards.

Greet and assist customers in a friendly, efficient manner.

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the café, coffee bar, and equipment.

Handle cash and POS transactions accurately.

Refill supplies, stock items, and support daily café operations.

Follow all food safety and hygiene guidelines.

Work collaboratively with team members and management.

Requirements:

Immediate availability to join.

Previous experience as a Barista or in a café environment preferred (training will be provided for freshers).

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work under pressure and maintain quality service.

Flexibility with work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
