Description

We are looking for a qualified and experienced Safety Officer to join our team immediately for our Asphalt and Ready-Mix Plant operations in Kuwait.

Key Responsibilities:
• Implement and monitor Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) procedures at the plant.
• Conduct regular safety inspections, risk assessments, and audits.
• Ensure compliance with company and local safety regulations.
• Conduct safety training and toolbox talks for staff and site workers.
• Investigate incidents, prepare reports, and recommend corrective actions.
• Promote a strong safety culture across all operations.
Requirements:
• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in safety, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Safety Officer
• Valid Safety Certification (NEBOSH / IOSH / OSHA or equivalent).
• Valid Kuwaiti Driving License (mandatory).
• Transferable visa and ability to join immediately.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
