Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Line Cook with strong experience in American cuisine to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing high-quality dishes, ensuring smooth kitchen operations, and supporting the Head Chef in delivering an outstanding dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Prepare and cook a wide range of American-style dishes (burgers, BBQ, sandwiches, steaks, etc.)
🔹 Follow recipes, portion standards, and presentation guidelines consistently
🔹 Ensure kitchen stations are properly set up, stocked, and maintained during service
🔹 Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality and speed
🔹 Assist in food prep, cutting, marinating, grilling, frying, and plating as required
🔹 Maintain cleanliness and follow all food safety, hygiene, and health regulations
🔹 Communicate effectively with the kitchen team and service staff to ensure smooth operations

Requirements:

✅ 2-3,years’ experience as a Line Cook in an American concept restaurant
✅ Strong knowledge of grilling, frying, and American food preparation techniques
✅ Bilingual (English & Arabic) with good communication skills
✅ Must hold Visa 18 Ahli
✅ Immediate joining required
