We’re looking for an experienced Estimation Engineer to prepare accurate and competitive cost estimates for lighting and smart home projects. The ideal candidate will analyze designs, source materials and labour, and ensure all proposals meet client and company standards.

🧭 Key Responsibilities:
• Review project drawings and specifications
• Prepare material, labour, and installation cost estimates
• Source and compare supplier/subcontractor quotes
• Develop proposals, BOQs, and cost breakdowns
• Coordinate with sales, engineering, and project teams
• Maintain estimate records and ensure compliance

🎯 Requirements:
• Proven experience in lighting/electrical estimation
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Dialux/Relux, Excel, and estimating tools
• Detail-oriented with strong time management
