Qualifications: 1.Experience in a QA/QC role in the chemical industry (preferably 1-3 years). 2. Bachelor's degree in chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, or a related field. 3. Strong knowledge of analytical techniques, instrumentation, and laboratory procedures. 4. Familiarity with QMS (ISO 9001, GMP, etc.) and regulatory requirements. 5. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Duties and Responsibilities: 1. Quality Control: - Conduct chemical testing and analysis of raw materials, intermediates, and finished products. - Perform physical and chemical tests to ensure products meet specifications. - Identify and report any deviations or non-conformities. 2. Quality Assurance: - Develop, implement, and maintain Quality Management Systems (QMS). - Conduct internal audits and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. - Review and update SOPs, test methods, and specifications. 3. Process Improvement: - Collaborate with production teams to identify areas for process improvement. - Implement changes to improve product quality, efficiency, and safety. 4. Documentation: - Maintain accurate records of testing, analysis, and quality control activities. - Prepare reports, certificates of analysis, and other documents as required.
