Handle guest inquiries via video calls and audio calls .

Communicate professionally across social networking
platforms (Instagram, Snpchat, WhatsApp, Facebook, etc. )

Engage with guests online and offline Maintain high levels of guest satisfaction .

Assist with online promotions and digital communication.
Requirements:

Must be comfortable with video & audio communication Active on social media and networking platforms.

Good communication skills in English and Arabic.
Presentable and confident .

Previous experience in customer service or hospitality
preferred Salary: negotiable
