Job Vacancy: Supply Chain Supervisor (Heavy Equipment Spare Parts) Location: Mina Shuaiba Employment Type: Full-time Immediate Joining Required! Are you an experienced Supply Chain Supervisor with a strong background in heavy equipment spare parts? Do you have hands-on knowledge of inventory management, demand planning, and the intricacies of ordering and logistics? If so, we want to hear from you! Responsibilities: Oversee and manage the entire supply chain process, focusing on heavy equipment spare parts. Ensure efficient inventory management, maintaining optimal stock levels to meet operational demands. Monitor and manage demand planning, working closely with internal teams to forecast and plan for future needs. Handle ordering processes, ensuring timely procurement and delivery of required parts. Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to maintain strong relationships and ensure timely delivery. Manage supply chain documentation, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements. Implement best practices for supply chain optimization and identify areas for improvement. Supervise, train, and guide the supply chain team to ensure smooth operations. Requirements: Proven experience as a Supply Chain Supervisor or in a similar role, ideally within the heavy equipment industry. In-depth knowledge of inventory management, demand forecasting, and order processing. Strong understanding of logistics and warehouse operations. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage supply chain issues effectively. Proficiency in supply chain management software and tools. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. Strong communication and negotiation skills.
