Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

Greet customers politely and assist them in finding a table.

Present menus, explain daily specials, and take accurate food and beverage orders.

Serve orders promptly and ensure guests’ satisfaction throughout their visit.

Clear and reset tables after guests leave to maintain cleanliness.

Communicate efficiently with the kitchen staff for smooth order delivery.

Ensure all service areas are kept clean and organized.

Refill water, beverages, and condiments as needed.

Follow company hygiene and grooming standards at all times.

Handle guest complaints or requests courteously and report to the supervisor if needed.

Support the team in daily opening and closing duties.

Requirements:

Previous experience as a waiter/waitress preferred.

Good communication and customer service skills.

Positive attitude, team player, and attention to detail.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure.

Basic knowledge of food and beverages.

Flexible to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
