About the Company

Oishii Sushi is one of Kuwait’s most recognized Food & Beverage brands, offering premium Japanese dining experiences across multiple outlets. We are now expanding our operations team and looking for a dedicated Online Restaurant Commis to support our fast-growing online delivery services.

Key Responsibilities
• Assist chefs and kitchen staff in preparing food items according to recipes and standards.
• Support in the packaging and labeling of online food orders.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards in the work area.
• Ensure timely and accurate preparation of online orders for delivery.
• Monitor stock levels of packaging materials and basic kitchen supplies.
• Follow instructions from the Head Chef / Kitchen Supervisor to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Adhere to company policies, health & safety standards, and Kuwait municipality regulations.

Qualifications & Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent (Culinary certification is a plus).
• 1–3 years of experience as a commis, kitchen helper, or food preparation staff.
• Prior experience in F&B or online food delivery operations is preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Basic knowledge of food hygiene and safety standards.
• Team player with a positive attitude.
• Flexibility to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
