Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Showroom Assistant located in Salmiya. The Showroom Assistant will be responsible for assisting with day-to-day showroom operations, providing excellent customer service, and facilitating the sales process. Key tasks include maintaining showroom displays, engaging with customers to understand their needs, and promoting products effectively to drive sales. Qualifications • Excellent customer service and communication skills to ensure a positive sales experience. • Proven experience in showrooms, retail, or sales environments. • Strong ability to build rapport with customers and confidently demonstrate product knowledge. • Highly organized with strong multitasking abilities. • Previous experience in the photo imaging or camera industry is an advantage. • Proficient in English and Arabic. • Willingness and ability to learn all product lines and maintain extensive product knowledge. • Skilled in handling customer inquiries both in person and over the phone. • Ability to identify customer needs and guide them efficiently toward suitable solutions.
