Description

A leading company in the field of Aluminum Door and Windows, Aluminum Kitchen, Shutter and Tiles is looking for young, energetic, creative Visual Merchandiser to work on floor layouts, window concepts, and in-store storytelling Develop and execute creative visual merchandising concepts for showrooms and trade show booths, including product displays, lighting, and signage. Arrange aluminum products to showcase their features, applications, and quality, ensuring displays are visually appealing, informative, and safe. Create detailed floor plans and layouts (using CAD or other design software) to maximize space utilization and optimize the customer journey through the showroom or exhibit space. Work closely with sales, marketing, and product development teams to align visual strategies with product launches, promotions, and overall business objectives. Source and manage display materials, props, and hardware, while monitoring costs to stay within the allocated budget. Create visual merchandising guides for sales staff and provide training on how to maintain display standards and communicate product value effectively. Ensure all displays are consistently maintained, clean, well-lit, and in good condition, identifying and reporting any maintenance issues promptly.
