"We are recruiting a

Passport and Residency Transactions Follow-Up Representative

. These transactions include issuing, renewing, and amending residency permits, issuing exit and re-entry visas, renewing passports, and other

passport and residency-related procedures

. The role

requires: Visiting relevant government departments, such as the Ministry of Interior, the Immigration Department, and others, to submit and follow up on transactions ; communicating with

relevant entities

, including companies, banks, the Ministry of Labor, and other entities that may be involved in passport and residency procedures; and

submitting reports

. The representative may be required to submit periodic reports on the status of the transactions they are following up on .

Requirements and Skills:

Experience and

Knowledge of Laws and Regulations

. The representative must be familiar with the laws and regulations related to passports and residency in the country where they are working

. Communication Skills:

The representative needs good communication skills to communicate with various entities

. Organizational Skills

: The representative must be able to organize and prioritize different tasks and follow up on transactions .

Language

Proficiency: Proficiency in a foreign language, such as English, may be beneficial, especially when dealing with foreign nationals.
