Office Administrator / Team Assistant

Location: Kuwait
Contract Duration: 3 years Renewable
Type of Hire: Secondment Contract (Under Brunel’s Visa & Pay Rolling)

Minimum Qualification & Experience Requirements:
• Graduate or Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent.
• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in Administration, Secretarial position, Office Management or relevant field.
• Schedule meetings and manage calendars.
• Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics.
• Maintain filing systems and documentation.
• Handle correspondence and communications.
• Prepare meeting agendas and materials.
• Take meeting minutes and distribute action items.
• Organize team events and workshops.
• Book venues and arrange catering.
• Manage office supplies and equipment.
• Coordinate with IT for technical support.
• Onboard with new team members.
• Update all required reports and sheets
• Support team members with requests and requirements.
• Maintaining staff timesheets and generating reports.
• Call duty schedule on monthly basis.
• Adding staff overtime and other allowances.
