1. Role Overview
The Marketing Officer is responsible for executing marketing initiatives that enhance brand visibility, drive visitor engagement. This role combines planning, digital marketing execution, and on-ground activation management to ensure consistent brand messaging and measurable business growth.
2. Key Responsibilities
• Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels.
• Collaborate with creative agencies and internal teams to develop campaigns that strengthen brand positioning.
• Plan and implement seasonal promotions, events, and partnerships to boost footfall and sales.
• Manage daily operations of social media channels (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) posting, community engagement, and growth.
• Develop and implement paid media campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.).
• Analyze digital metrics impressions, CTR, conversions and optimize campaigns for performance.
• Coordinate influencer collaborations, digital content shoots.
• Work closely with content creators, photographers, and videographers to ensure high-quality brand representation.
• Plan and oversee event activations, sponsorships, and collaborations with partners, schools, and media.
• Monitor and evaluate guest feedback during activations to ensure consistent experience.
• Manage signage, outdoor media, and point-of-sale marketing materials across all park zones.
• Track KPIs including visitor growth, engagement rate, lead conversions, and campaign ROI.
• Maintain a marketing performance dashboard and report weekly results to management.
• Manage communication with external vendors, media agencies, and sponsorship partners.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Media, or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in entertainment, F&B, retail, or hospitality.
• Solid understanding of digital platforms, advertising analytics, and campaign tracking tools.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing software.
• Experience with influencer management and on-ground event coordination.
