will be responsible for building and executing brand strategies across digital and offline channels. work closely with our marketing, design, and product teams to ensure our brand voice is consistent, compelling, and aligned with market trends.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement brand strategies that align with business goals
Oversee marketing campaigns, product launches, and seasonal promotions
Ensure brand consistency across all customer touchpoints
Collaborate with content creators, influencers, and agencies
Analyze brand performance and consumer insights to optimize strategy
Support packaging, copywriting, and creative direction
Qualifications:
3+ years of brand management experience (preferably in the beauty or lifestyle industry)
Strong understanding of the beauty market and consumer trends
Excellent communication and project management skills
Creative mindset with a keen eye for design and storytelling
