Job Vacancy: Construction Manager – Kuwait (Civil Construction)

Location: Kuwait
Job Type: Full-Time
Visa Status: Kuwaiti Residency (Article 18 Transferable Required)

🔧 Job Responsibilities

Execute field construction activities in conformance with project drawings, specifications, schedules, cost estimates, procedures, quality requirements, and safety standards.
Control the project schedule and cost through efficient use of all construction resources including manpower, materials, tools, and equipment.
Monitor productivity and cost, implementing appropriate actions to maintain maximum labor efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Play an active role in developing a strong safety culture on the project, ensuring safety is embedded in all work processes.
Perform other duties as assigned.

🎓 Required Knowledge & Experience

Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Civil preferred).
Minimum 20 years total experience in the construction industry.
Minimum 10 years experience in civil construction, including villas, housing apartments, office spaces, and commercial buildings.
Minimum 5 years experience in a similar designation/specialty.
Minimum 5 years working experience in Kuwait.
Strong communication skills with all levels including management, clients, contractors, and stakeholders.
Ability to learn and apply relevant local and national codes, guidelines, and regulations.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under time constraints.
Arabic language proficiency is mandatory.
Must possess a valid Kuwait Driving License.
Locally transferable Visa 18 is required.
