• Diploma or Technical Certificate in Mechanical, Electrical, or Automotive Engineering (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in equipment maintenance, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Proven technical knowledge of diesel engines, generators, and mechanical/electrical systems.
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Valid Kuwait driving license (preferred).
