5–7 years of experience in equipment maintenance, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
Proven technical knowledge of diesel engines, generators, and mechanical/electrical systems.
Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Valid Kuwait driving license (preferred).
