We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant to support our daily office operations. The ideal candidate will be organized, professional, and able to work independently while managing multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Provide general administrative and clerical support to the office team

Manage correspondence, emails, phone calls, and scheduling

Prepare and maintain documents, reports, and records

Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements

Assist with data entry, filing, and office organization

Support HR, finance, and procurement tasks as required

Ensure the smooth running of day-to-day office operations.
